Uniqueworld is a hotel and destination consultancy serving the meeting and incentive industry.

Our team has combined client, hotel and destination Management (DMC) experience of over 35 years.

We provide specialist knowledge of the Meeting and Incentive (MICE) travel industry.

We offer tailor made sales and marketing solutions for our member DMCs and Hotels.

We offer a FREE service to Event Planners with destination and hotel solutions.

Andrew Harvey co-founder & Event Consultant

• Over 22 years International Sales experience within the Events, Meetings and Incentive marketplace.

• 3yrs with a major UK incentive travel company operating programs on behalf of companies worldwide.

• 15 years in International Sales with Global Hotel Groups selling to the Meetings and Incentive Marketplace. Client relationships across all market sectors in UK, Europe, USA and Asia.

• Ran a team of six Sales people in UK selling Globally-Sales in excess of £50m.

• Spent 8 years working in New York City with International Hotel Group.

• Successfully launched and integrated Global Incentive and Meetings Sales Strategy for Hotel Group.

• Active member of key Industry and Sporting organisations & Associations

Christian Hobbs co-founder - Sales & Marketing

• Over 8 years International Marketing & Hospitality experience with major Blue Chip Organisations & the UK Agency Events Industry

• Designed and implemented Marketing Programs in both UK and USA/Canada/ & Asia. – Kempinski Hotels & Resorts, Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts, Omni Hotels & Resorts & Rydges Hotels.

• Planned and ran events for both external and internal customers in UK and overseas. • (BA hons) International Hospitality Business Management.

• (Active member of Board for Key Event Industry and Sporting Organisations and Associations.

• Strong relationships within agency & corporate market for generating new business.

James Balaam – Group Sales Manager

• 5 Years teamleader telesales experience with 3 years hotel management experience.

• Strong planning/hospitality skills within the 4 & 5 Star environment.

• Experience within the UK & Europe and has planned a number of promotional tours and events.

Heike Kiefer – Sales Co-ordinator

• 3 Years hotel experience.

• Strong planning/hospitality skills within the 4 & 5 Star environment.
