Service Delivery Manager

This team member is focused on supporting your program objectives and is responsible for the logistical planning and the overall success of your program on behalf of Cantrav. Once your program is confirmed with us, the Service Delivery Manager will be your main contact in our office from concept to the final billing; working with you thru the planning phase, building the deliverables and managing the costs, quality, risks and issues in a manner that is in-line with your priorities.

Program Manager

Cantrav prides itself on the expertise and professionalism of our Program Managers. These individuals are logistically experienced and personally connected with the local community and our suppliers. They have all the attributes of our operational travel staff and more. Their role is to be your dedicated on-site contact and to oversee the service delivery of your program to ensure that it runs smoothly and successfully. Cantrav’s team also includes Sales Managers, Resource Management Managers and the Administrative Team.

As creative event designers, we are able to evoke emotion through the dynamic combinations of the environment, entertainment, décor and food & beverage. We use our creative ingenuity to script an evening to ensure our clients messages are communicated to your guests. The success of our event production stems from offering our clients innovative venue options where we are able to build on the existing, or create stunning transformations. Cantrav strives to create "wow" moments that will have the guests buzzing with excitement and awe.
