Programmes

Our France DMC is continuously sourcing the chew with highlights on particular aspects of a hotel or restaurant opening, a successful program or a change in the management – within a growing supplier repertoire. The industry we work in is constantly on the move, yet there are the must-see & must-do that the clients request such as highly central hotels for walk rounds during their time at leisure, Versailles for catered lunches & dinners, the legendary 2 CV tours passing the most radiant monuments & alleys, prestigious cooking schools in Paris and local culinary tours in the Bordeaux region, themed evenings on the terrace of a well-established palace on the Croisette of the French Riviera, behind-the-scene tours in the countryside with workshops specific to the region on request, coastline panorama tours in a vintage sports car with a final drop at the Prince Palace of Monaco to see the Private car Collection. In Paris, the tours our DMC organises range from impressionist & antique tours, fashion tours, when drizzling or showering down, to a walking tour in Montmartre, known for its Place du Tertre where itinerant artists get their brainwave, and walking tours in winsome Paris Marais and quaint Paris Montparnasse, these village-like districts with private mansions dated from the seventeenth century where the aristocrats settled to stay in the King’s surround. Lengthening the afternoon, Paris offers many quiet places to rest with a teacup and a couple of macarons. With regard to flight transportation, France is connected to all European countries from Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nice and Marseille.

However, the 2 main international airports are located in Paris suburban area. 25 kms north of Paris is Charles de Gaulle Airport, the 7th world airport in terms of passenger count, serving all capital cities on each continent and the airlines from Star Alliance, Sky Team and One World. Located 16 kms south of Paris, Paris Orly specializes in point-to-point traffic to metropolitan destinations, Europe, North Africa & overseas. The individual or group transfer from any of these airports to the hotel in Paris will take a half an hour / 45 minutes drive, passing by the Stade de France from Roissy-CDG. Our DMC hires the most professional staff to host your guests with a meet & greet at the airport and/or dispatching them to their numerous check-in platforms. France DMC office is partnered with reliable transportation suppliers for all types of transfers, inside and outside Paris, night & day, from Paris to the Normandy D-Day Beaches or to the Loire Châteaux in deluxe coaches, sedan cars or prestige limousine service, and minibus. Otherwise, public transportation in Paris is highly developed for bus, metro and tramway, not leaving any part of Paris unconnected. The Châteaux de La Loire, Burgundy and Lyon are very accessible by train also.

Destinations

Paris - Always a Good Idea
Paris has a timeless familiarity for first-time and frequent visitors, with instantly recognisable architectural icons, along with exquisite cuisine, chic boutiques and priceless artistic treasures. Paris is arguably the most beautiful city in the world.
The monuments, the views, the layout make it an absolute must for all travellers.
Two international airports, motorways, bullet trains from all over Europe make it easy to access from all over the world.
Quality hotels, fantastic restaurants, great craftsmen creating the utmost in luxury goods make it a place you will never finish discovering however long you stay.

Normandy - The Land of the Brave
Normandy owes its international fame because of D-Day on 6 June 1944, where hundreds of thousands of British, American, Canadian and Polish soldiers landed to free Europe from occupation.

Champagne - King of Wines and Wine of Kings
Kings were crowned for over 1 000 years in Reims and needed a drink to celebrate this.
Chalky soils, the climate, pinot noir and chardonnay grapes, and the know-how of monks created the bubbly wine that fulfilled this need. Opening a bottle of champagne is a symbol of success, victory and celebration of great events.

Burgundy - Land of the Dukes
A region renowned for its amazing wines, red and white, its gastronomy (snails!), its historical and religious buildings dotting the countryside and its world-famous waterways. A river cruise in Burgundy enables you to take the time to appreciate life in its finest style, gliding along the historical canals while sipping a glass of Chablis…

Loire Valley - The Garden of France
The court of the kings of France was located in the Loire Valley during the 15th and 16th century. Hundreds of chateaux, large and small, were built throughout the land, offering a unique concentration of superb buildings to visit in a setting where gardens are a work of art.

Bordeaux - Best European Destination 2015
Imagine a region (Aquitaine) offering the best wines in the world, a beautiful sandy Atlantic seafront with prestigious resorts, UNESCO heritage cities, gastronomy (foie gras, caviar…) and a mild and sunny climate. What more could you dream of?

Provence - The Artists' Haven
Marseille, the oldest city in France (2 600 years old) is the unknown city of France. In 2013, it was the cultural capital of Europe and suddenly woke up, revealing a beautiful city on the Mediterranean sea, heart of the Provence region packed with historical cities dating back to the Roman days, wonderful villages hidden in the hills, beautiful resorts dotting the coastline.

French Riviera - La Côte d'Azur
La Côte d’Azur, known as the French Riviera, is from where tourism began in France, first of all as a Winter health resort for the British upper class at the end of the 18th century. After attracting royalty from all over Europe, it then became the home of artists and writers from all over the world. Its beautiful coastline, its remote villages specialised in all kinds of crafts, its gastronomy, its festivals and events, its experience in welcoming guests from all over the world, all this make it one of the regions you cannot miss when coming to France.

“It has indeed been a great year and a distinct pleasure to work with you all. And how fun to enjoy fabulous champagne in Monte Carlo - while watching the cars zoom by! Thank you again for all the time and effort spent on our proposals - and for taking such good care of our valued client, Edward Jones on their multi-wave programs” (Maritz)
“I just wanted to shoot you a quick email complimenting your team for doing a great job in Paris. Our first of many Chairman's trips was fabulous. But they stepped up way beyond the call of duty when United cancelled our return flight from Paris to the States and turned it from what could have been a bad experience into an extra day in beautiful Paris. Please relay both, my wife, Tracy's and my appreciation for a job well done” (Allstate)
